Job description: Position summary:

Provide the full range of patient care services falling within the area of ​​training, expertise and scope of service, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, care coordination, preventive care and health maintenance to patients within the appropriate age group, training and education. As a member of the Lakeside Healthcare Group and Regal Medical Group, the physician is expected to be aware of the medical group’s mission and work collaboratively to achieve it. Medical group members are expected to represent the medical group in a positive way. * Basic duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Obtain the relevant health history and perform appropriate physical examinations on any patient presenting for care
  • Formulate the diagnosis and plan related to the patient’s condition, and communicate them effectively to the patient
  • Prescribe and repackage medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and guidelines (Reference: Controlled Substances Guidelines and Policy)
  • Document all of the above in a timely manner, for each policy, in the NextGen Electronic Health Record, or any record requested by the company (Reference: Outcome Review Policy)
  • Work as part of the medical group and clinical team, cover providers who are offshore, work with case management, and collaborate with allied health professionals and professionals to increase health outcomes
  • Perform procedures, in clinic, inpatient and outpatient, in proportion to the physician’s training and experience
  • Refer patients who need specialized care and services appropriately
  • Review incoming diagnostic reports (eg lab, radiology, EKG) signature, date and follow-up in an appropriate and timely manner (Reference: Results Review Policy)
  • Participate in marketing awareness as well as staff and patient education programs as determined by the medical group leadership قيادة
